For the second straight year a team from Georgia beats a team from Japan to take the Little League World Series. The team from Warner Robbins, Ga beat the team from Tokyo, Japan with a walkoff homer in the bottom of the 8th inning. They have changed some rules regarding pitch count that have really changed the strategy of the coaching staff of little league teams.

Yea I saw in the 3rd place game the pitcher had a no hitter in the 6th with 2 outs but he hit his limit so had to come out. His team won 1-0 and they got a no hitter, but it sucks he couldnt finish it off

I am sorry, but I have to agree with the pitch count for young players. Rules like that to protect a young kid from injury are good to have, imho.

While I agree, in cases like this they shouldnt make it come in to play. The young man was 1 out away from a no hitter. A matter of no more than 10 pitches tops. There should be exceptions to every rule
