Geezzzzzzzzz. I sure hope the baby recovers fully. How can people that can function and work get so whacked out to where they would do something like that? Sort of makes you wonder just how many do things like this to their baby and actually get away with it.

Just a few minutes or hours earlier, and it'd all been legal.............
I can't imagine the lack of family or other support this poor woman must have been experiencing to act in the manner she did.
I hope she gets the help she needs and that the baby gets a wonderful family.

I always wonder at women/girls who say they didn't know they were pregnant. In this day and age, with all the information that's out there...I don't buy it. I understand that there are other reasons why the "monthly visitor" may not show up, but come on... Even if you claim not to know that you're pregnant, that's no reason to try to flush a baby down a toilet!
That being said, this girl needs some help. And some jail time. I hope that baby finds a good home.

trying to state this as gently as possible, but I figure the only way a woman MIGHT be able to go through a pregnancy without knowing she was pregnant would be if she were overweight or obese and might have other health problems that may mask the pregnancy. otherwise, theres no way.

Yeah but how do you not know that you just gave birth?

why are you guys so surprised when thousands of babies meet with the same type of disreguard everyday? This woman knew exactly what she was doing...
