I will donate the first $100 to begin a mass campaign to raise the funds to reroute the Ohio River to the eastern side of Luieville. The result will get rid of Luieville and give to Indiana something they deserve.

How about run it through Lex, so Lexington can have a nice San Antonio style river walk and we can tailgate on the river.

After seeing that the new arena favors college basketball over pro basketball I'm debating if that wouldn't be a bad idea.
