Has anyone heard from Moncel Adams?

He is the running back from New Orleans Holy Cross the same school that Dicky Lyons is from.

As per the reports on some other UK boards. Dicky Lyons has talked to his friend Moncell Allen. Moncell and his family have lost their South New Orleans home but are safe and living in a hotel in Houston. Moncell will likely enroll at a Baton Rouge high school, but he has no idea about his football future for this season.

Dicky also said his family home, a little west of NO, survived with a little damage but has no water or electricity. He said his mom and dad got out before the storm. His family has temporarily moved in with their daughter in Baton Rouge. He also said that one of his good high school friends apparently stayed in New Orleans and has not been heard from as of yesterday.

I think he said that his and Lamar Mills parents will be in town this weekend for the game.

That is good to hear that they are safe. Let's all pray for all the victims that they will stay safe and be able to overcome this horrific disaster.
