As I already said on another thread, Brian, I figured it HAD to be you. I always listen to the show, and as soon as I heard the man was from Spain, I listened carefully (although I had not seen this thread).

You did a GREAT job. :) I admit to wishing you were here, though!

Good job Brian. I heard the show and you sounded like a very knowledgeable football fan. Now I know why. So many guys call in to state the obvious and tell coach about their personal history of listening to UK football. That is nice, but we want to hear about the team and the program. Coach sounded a little more optimistic than normal last night. I take that as a good sign.

I am salivating for Saturday. It doesn't get any better than this opportunity to reverse the "miracle in the bluegrass".

BTW, LSU never lost again after that day until they brought home the national championship. UK was that close.

Thanks! It was a little past midnight. The call screener bumped me to the front of the line when I told them I was calling from Spain, lol!

that's what I call a die-hard Wildcat fan, calling a radio show when it's after midnight! :)

I've been on the show with Dick Gabriel several times in the past two weeks.
