Next week, the challenge will fall more on Coach Brown, but this week it's on Joker:

How in the world do you beat that defense?

Can't wait to see our approach.

Every time I start going negative about this game, I remember Stanford beating USC (AT USC!) with a QB who had never started a college game.

"You can do it!"

Florida was able to run on LSU pretty easily, and I believe we have a better running game than Florida.

i think one of the main things is that woodson stay calm. this defense will get after him, count on it. he just has to hang in there and make nice decisions. he might have to eat a few and take some sacks. that's better than a turnover. our offense can't get frustrated. just be patient and keep moving the ball and try and hold field postion. they've seen a really good defense now so they should be a little better prepared mentally this week.

i think for the most part what we've done up to this point offensively will still work against lsu. nothing fancy, just a nice balanced attack with a deep backfield and spreading it around to our recievers.

i'd like to see us get some better field position from punt/kick off returns as well. we still haven't busted a "big one." this would be a nice game for that.

i wouldn't discount lsu's offense either. they have a quarter back that can run the ball and we know what problems that's caused us in the past.

i'm not even going to mention turnovers. they're a thing of the past:tongue3:

I'm not sure how deep we are at running back now. Little and Smith are questionable for Sat.'s game, and Dixon is having a shoulder problem. Looks as if Locke is the only healthy tailback we have at the moment.

I think O-line play is going to be huge. LSU's defense is tough. I think we need to give Andre just a little more time. I don't want it to sound like I believe the line has been playing sub par, because I think they have been doing a pretty good job. I think run blocking has been excellent. I think the line needs to come in with an attitude that Andre will not be touched. A very lofty goal to be sure, but I think they need that kind of attitude.

Andre will definitely need more time..he might have to operate the whole game out of the shotgun if the line doesnt block better..if he gets time we should be able to pass more, thus opening up the running game..we shall see.

One of the things I noticed is that UF ran the ball right at their superstar DT.
