Like I said I thought the #1 Key to the game was to get pressure on Woodson and it seemed to slow him down a bit. The difference in the game in my eyes was we gave up yardage to you guys but not as many Touchdowns and obviously us having Tim Tebow was a big advantage. I think this game may vault him into the lead for the Heisman race. But it was a great, hard fought game that was well played and exciting to watch. Good luck next week against Mississippi State. :thumbup:

Agreed, I thought that both teams played well but Florida was just having too easy of a time getting 1st downs.. so many options.. I guess that's why they're the defending champs!

Also, the loss of Little and Dixon was huge for UK, IMHO.

Thanks for the classy post but I disagree w/ the assumption that getting pressure on Woodson was key. He had zero interceptions and still racked up over 400yds passing. The difference was us not controlling the trenches. Not a good day for our OL and DL.

Thank you. We have come along way, and still have a ways to go. But we'll get there. Tebow is every bit as good as advertised. And has a much better arm than his critics give him credit for.

I agree. Congratulations to the "fighting Tebows" on the victory. I'm proud of my Cats, they never gave up and kept fighting back to the end.

Tibow was the HUGE difference. That kid is a heck of a weapon. You cannot arm tackle him which we were trying to do alot yesteday or tackle him up high. Meyer has done a great job of planning the offense around him. Like I've said don't know how he'll do on Sundays but he's one heck of a college QB.

Two good teams each played good games, at least on offense. No fumbles, no interceptions. One punted twice, the other three times.

Florida played better and earned the win. Congrats to the Gators.

If Florida wins their next three games (Georgia, Vanderbilt, South Carolina), that could do a lot for Kentucky's standing in the East.

It was one heck of a game. I would also like to thank the majority of the Gator fans for not being anything like the Tiger fans of last week. I had absolutely NO run ins with Gator fans that were anything but pleasant. I always seem to find that small number of fans for any visiting team that you would just like to kick in the head or something and didn't have that problem at all so I was especially pleased to not see that this week.
Good luck the rest of the way...just not enough to stop us from winning the SEC East :)

Just my opinion, but I don't think Tebow will turn pro after this season. From all I've read and heard about him, he seems to come from a family whose values aren't centered around money.
