Because of getting back a healthy Caldwell. He caused so many match up problems for us and ate us up in the 1st half. If Caldwell had been healthy for the prior games, they could very well still be undefeated. Not to mention Florida had the extra week to gameplan against us and in the 1st half, the defense seemed to know what was coming. Still a good showing by the Cats and we still have alot of Football left. This has still been a great year and Im proud of the CATS!

This Florida team could easily have been undefeated coming into Commonwealth. Last second loss to an Auburn team that is better than what people give them credit for, and a last minute loss to LSU at Baton Rouge.

This Florida team could well, still be the best team in the SEC.

Excellent post, crice561. Also, Andre mentioned that the Gators were doing some new things on defense the first half, which caused us some problems, although we adjusted after halftime.

that two weeks really helped in their prep against us i believe. i was affraid going in that they would have time to come up with some new schemes that we hadn't seen.
