Long time reader, first time member. After reading WCN for alittle over a year, I finally decided to register and participate. I'm from Lexington, UK alum and I bleed blue. I try to attend as many UK games as I can for several of our sports. I don't get to goto as much basketball as I would like, but I do have a nice streak going for the football games. I haven't missed a game since the '91 season. I was lucky to goto the NCAA's from '96-'98 for hoops. I saw all the games in their glory and they were sweet. Anywho, just thought I introduce myself. I do have a question for the board though. How many here are going to the game Wednesday and/or Saturday? I've got tickets to both and it'd be nice to meet some of you. You guys seems like a really great group.

well, since i have the glorious honor of pulling a double tonight. let me be the first to welcome you to the board. you will come to love it here. the community on this board is second to none. sure, some of the bigger sites have more threads, members, and other things. but, you'll never get the close knit group that we have here @ any other message board.

Welcome aboard! I am sure there will be a few WCN people there. Keep an eye on the board, as there are gatherings from time to time. Some are planned in advance, others are short notice. A good way to meet some of the crew is to attend a tailgate. I hate to bring football up on the BB board, so just check out the tailgate thread in the FB forum. Again welcome to the board, I am sure you'll enjoy your time here.

Welcome, and please come by the WCN tailgate party before or after the Tenn game. You will meet some really good people, and a couple of troublemakers. :icon_biggrin:
