Here's some info on Jeff Ferguson, Pikeville's center, who transferred from Missouri. This info is from the Missouri website archives. Looks like he was courted out of high school by UK as well as Michigan, Michgan State, UNC and Stanford.

How could this guy have any college elgibility left? He graduated from high school in 2001.

Thats what happens when you go to NAIA (I think they are NAIA). Remember the guy from here a few years ago that played football then went pro and didn't cut it so he came back to EKU or Northern Kentucky. I can't remember the name Derek something I think.

Yes, Pikeville is an NAIA school. I graduated from an NAIA school, (Campbellsville University) and both schools belong to the same conference. NAIA rules must have changed since I graduated. (1972) Back then you had five years from the time you graduated from high school to play four years of elgibility. Of course exceptions could be made for special circumstances, even back then.
