Someone May Have Already Posted This And I May Have Missed It. But Is Mark Coury On A Scholarship Or Still A Walk On . The Only Reason I Ask , Is I Saw A Article On The Possible Line-up For Tonight And It List Coury As A Walk-on . Thank You For Your Response .

He's a walk-on. Where many get confused is that Coury had a scholly for one semester last year since we did not have the full allotted 13 players that we can have on a scholarship.

We also have one open this year. I haven't seen any announcement one way or the other whether Coury will get if for this year.

I sure hope he gets it. I mean Billy can't start him in the first game of the year and not expect to get his hopes up about a scholarship.

If I remember correctly, his dad is a doctor so the free ride wouldn't mean so much. He also turned down schollies at mid-majors because he wanted to play for a big time program.

I don't know man...doctors make good money, but out of state tuition isn't exactly cheap. I'm sure he'll get at least something.
