I'm certain it'll include countless high schools as well.

A lot of those users weren't users, they were hometown dealers buying from the big guys. Dig deep enough and they will find out that this is a real epidemic.

Yeah, high schools are lousy with the stuff now, just got to be in the know and introduced to the right person.
