Ordering the game online, please help

I have already paid my subs. fee and shuld be watching football right now but it wont work. it tells me that I need to purchase it (checked the bank account and it has already been deducted), anybody got any ideas. I didn't see a phone number to call other than my local cable provider who doesn't have it... any help would be greatly appreciated!

I tried to buy the game for online viewing as well, and my cable-provider, Comcast, does not provide the service. So, I, too, am out of luck. however, at least it did not cost me anything.

Sorry, I am of no help other than to tell you that it is not only ESPN you need to deal with, but your ISP as well.
