Woodson, of course, is rapidly marching up the Kentucky record books in all passing categories. But in evaluating the legacy of the senior from North Hardin, here are the numbers that matter most.

After yesterday, he's now led fourth-quarter comebacks for Kentucky victories seven times in the last 16 games, a stretch during which the Cats are 12-4. Among the teams he's rallied Kentucky past are Georgia, Louisville, Arkansas, LSU and Vanderbilt twice.

'I haven't been a part of this many fourth-quarter comebacks before,' said Kentucky offensive coordinator Joker Phillips with a chuckle. 'So, yeah, Andre is the best quarterback I've ever had at that (the comeback).'

Kentucky Coach Rich Brooks says the credit for changing the fourth-quarter-is-doom mentality in UK football extends beyond Woodson to a senior class he calls 'very special.

'If you look back to after the LSU game last year at how many games we've had that are close or come-from-behind wins, it's just remarkable,' Brooks said.

Actually, Rich, those who've lived through UK's many late game Cat-tastrophes will disagree.

They would say UK repeatedly pulling out the close ones should be considered borderline miraculous.

KUDOS to Andre and all of the players and their coaches. A SPECIAL KUDOS goes to that "VERY SPECIAL" senior class of which Coach Brooks speaks. :)

That's funny. . . To hear a (very) few of our posters, you would think Woodson was the second coming of Billy Jack Haskins or Jeff Speedy.

I think it's bad, but expected, that people like Mark Story are the last to catch on to this.
