Maybe I'm late on this, but it appears to me that UK now has no chance of winning the SEC East, but I don't know if I'm figuring this correctly.
Here are the current conference standings:
Georgia 5-2
Tennessee 4-2
Florida 5-3
Kentucky 3-3
Georgia has only UK remaining in conference...
Tennessee has Vandy and UK...
Florida has NO MORE conference games...
UK has Georgia and UT...
I'M BASING ALL OF THIS ON UK WINNING OUT...
and if they do they will be 5-3.
However....
GA will also be 5-3,
TN will also be 5-3 (assuming they'll beat Vandy),
and FL will also be 5-3
Now, FL has beaten UK and TN, but lost to GA,
GA beat FL but lost to TN and UK,
TN lost to UK and FL but beat GA,
and UK will have beaten GA and TN but lost to FL.
SO, can someone enlighten me as to how the tie-breaker process would work in such a jumbled and twisted scenario?
(and yes, I do have some free time on my hands right now! Is it that obvious? LOL!)
