Losing out today was tough. This program desparately needs an infusion of talent. We absolutely got some with Miller and Liggins. Do not underestimate their worth.
But Gillispie needs time and he needs open slots.
I predict that 09 and 10 are the Gillispie years in recruiting.
And I don't think he is done with 08 yet either.
Patience. We'll get there.

These two put kentucky as the 19th ranked class of 08...but of course that just opinion according to rivals.

Good points, guys.
Ain't it strange? If OTS could've had back to back recruiting classes like Patterson/Legion/Williams and followed it up with the Liggins/Miller combo,
he might still be here.
This ain't that bad a start, guys....it isn't what the "rankings" mean, it's what these guys turn into. We might look back four years from now and wonder what it the world we were thinking.
Remember Darius Rice? Lamar Odom? Randolph Morris? How many national title games did they get to????? Two less than Anthony Epps.
Looking back, would you trade Richie Farmer, Deron Feldhouse and John Pelphry for three Roderick Rhodes?
Y'never know....until later.

He signed two really good players yesterday. That's better than the last few years. He's signed four in the last six months that are top 50 prospects. I will take that anytime.

Here Here! Let's not forget who we DID sign yesterday. Two outstanding young men and excellent ball players. Combine that with the new frosh we have and BCG is already making a dent in the recruiting world.
Welcome aboard Miller and Liggins!
