Temps were hot here in Texas yesterday, too. We were wearing shorts, etc...before a cold front came through. It's supposed to be back up to 79 tomorrow, though. It's a bit depressing to have temps that high in December...there's not much motivation to put up lights or shop when it doesn't feel like Christmas time!

Near 70 here tomorrow. The people north and in the midwest are in my thoughts. That giant ice storm has already killed and hundreds of thousands w/o power. A big one larger than the original one on the way to areas north of here. As much as these dismal consecutive days of no sun and lots of rain are depressing, ice like in these areas is dangerous.

Complaining only because it doesn't feel anything like December weather. We are having record highs for this time of the year.

I can't get into the Christmas mode like this. Maybe I'll head to the beach for my B-day. :shrug1:

Keep that warm weather going, at least through next week. I will be flying in to Ft. Lauderdale on the 16th for a cruise all next week in the western carribbean; never have been there this time of year; I am counting on warm weather!!!:icon_mrgreen:
