How long will we be rotating with UNC in home and home games? Why dont we get Duke, Kansas, and UCLA?

If I remember right it either is in the process of getting extended or was extended this year.:shrug1:

UK and UNC are in the process of extending our agreement. I think they're the best non-conference game for us- aside from IU and UofL.

UNC is 2nd in all time wins and they're a Top 5 program historically. Much like UK the Heels maintained consistency through multiple decades (unlike UCLA).

Dook won't agree to a home-n-home series with UK, not in a million years. The only way to schedule Dook for a program like UK is to luck into them in a neutral-site tourney (Maui, NIT, Coaches vs. Cancer, Alaska, etc.).

Kansas is a decent opponent with a ton of history- and I'd like to smack them back for the 27 point beatdown they gave us a couple years ago in Lawrence. But they're not as good a matchup as UNC.
UCLA is on the rise big time, but I'd still rather have the Heels or Jayhawks before the Bruins.
