The 1-15 Dolphins have the 1st round pick and with the Tuna Bill Parcells calling the shots it will be very interesting on what could be the biggest turn-around in NFL next season as Parcells is rumored to maybe hire Bill Cowher and if Darren McFadden was added he would helped instantly and maybe FA will also help. Come on Big Blue Nation, where are the NFL fans?

I'm glad to see the Rams drop their last games, they were able to move up quite a bit in the draft. It's not gonna matter though, they don't need a QB,WR,or RB. Any player they take will probably be available later in the round. The Dolphins should take a QB but will probably end up taking a Lineman as well.

I've heard talk of either them taking Dorsey, Brahm, or McFadden and I would agree with the ESPN analysts and they need to take a franchise changing player in McFadden

I don't feel that McFadden will be all that great in the NFL simply cause he's a tall back. The only great tall back was Herschel Walker, Steven Jackson is good not great, and maybe you can argue Shaun Alexander. Tuna will take a player to build a franchise around and compete in the NFL.

Parcells knows ball, and he'll take the best player, which is McFadden

Dolphins will take Dorsey, DT, LSU with their first overall pick.

I think hell trade down and end up getting Brohm/Ryan and a later 1st or second round pick with another pick or 2

Also, Ronnie Brown says hello. He was the best RB in the league before he got hurt. No way Parcells takes McFadden. Dolphins need defense. Whether it be Dorsey or one of the linebackers coming out.

I'd be real surprised if the Dolphins use their first pick on a defensive player - which is not a knock against Dorsey, but a reflection on what a team such as the Dolphins need to build their team around and put folks back in the seats.

Parcells is going to negotiate a lot of trades to get some quality personnel in place for the short term - as he did at New England, New York Jets and at Dallas.

Having said that, I suppose Parcells could go after a player such as Dorsey and then make some trades with subsequent picks in order to bring in an established QB or RB and perhaps a TE, or he could draft Dorsey and then trade him for such offensive personnel.

If the Phins keep #1 overall, I think it'll be Dorsey. Like most teams that get the 1st pick, they've got many areas of need and would be best suited trading down for multiple picks. You'd think a team like OAK would be desperate for McFadden and would be willing to sacrifice later picks to grab him with the 1st pick.

Sick that the Pats have a Top 10 pick from the Niners.

Titans must take the best WR available and that looks like Sweed from Texas or Manningham from Mich.

Originally, as part of their spy-gate penalty, they had to relinquish their first round pick, since they made the playoffs. Had they not made the playoffs, they'd have to forego second and third round picks.
So they can trade with another team and still get a top ten pick, thus essentially negating the penalty?

if the dolphins can trade down to the mid 1st round and add some 3rd and 4th round picks they could trade John Beck for another late draft pick and take either Brahm, Breenan, or Woodson and get some more quality personnel, but Parcells likes a vet qb so who knows? Personally i would keep my 1st pick, take McFadden and trade Brown and get a bunch of picks and have players to develope, i would also trade beck and then look to sign a vet qb

The Fins need defense. If they don't get Dorsey, they are setting themselves up for a lot of hurt.

He's right. Brown was absolutely dominating before his injury. His stats were better than those you mentioned. However, Brian Westbrook was the best back in the league this year IMHO.

Dolphins need a QB. Cleo Lemon? c'mon. Trent "the human concussion" Green? Only if he has about 10 Pro Bowl lineman to protect him. Dorsey will be a great player but not a savior unless Parcells puts some quality defensive players around him. They should take a quarterback to build the future around or trade for a more experienced one. Or take McFaddon to better keep Ronnie Brown healthy and have a nice 1-2 punch at RB.
