He became the 55th Kentucky player to enter the 1,000 point club today. It's also noteworty that he played one of the best games of his career today. jasper on the floor made him better. Besids his stats, I was impressed with his vocal leadership, encouraging his teammates when they made a mistake, congratulating them when they made a good play. Way to go, Ramel!

not only does he make bradley better. he makes everyone better because of his court vision. the thing you don't get to see in the box score is how many times jasper makes the pass before the assist. the ball rarely sticks in his hands and he's always looking one or two passes ahead of time. i could easily see him putting up the second ever UK triple double before his career is over.

Congratulations, Ramel!
Too, Tom, I think one of Ramel's best traits is his enthusiastic encouragement of others. Also, I agree that Ramel is much better with Derrick on the floor (and, like most others, I think we are a much better team with Derrick on the floor, a player whose court vision, rebounding, and defense are so important). GO CATS! BEAT THE CARDS!
