LEXINGTON, Ky. — University of Kentucky quarterback didn’t waste any time moving on following the Wildcats’ stirring 35-28 win over Florida State in the Music City Bowl Monday night, signing a deal with Blue Equity, a Louisville-based sports firm where he will be represented by agent Joel Segal.

Woodson is expected to be among the top three quarterbacks taken in the upcoming NFL Draft, with a first-round selection being a likely possibility.

Other NFL stars who work with Blue Equity include New Orleans Saints and Heisman trophy-winning running back Reggie Bush, his Saints teammate Marques Colston and Pro Bowl defensive backs DeAngelo Hall of the Atlanta Falcons and Darren Sharper of the Minnesota Vikings.

I guess he's not the mystery player who is going to joing UK's basketball team this semester, then. Still a number of candidates. Pulley, maybe?

"whos that player i havent heard that yet."

Nobody knows who. That's why I called him a mystery player. Just rumors going around another site, and most likely nothing to them since the mystery player would have joined the team by now if he was going to join the team for second semester.

I just hope Andre doesn't go high enough in the draft to where he has to start for Miami or somebody like that right out of the gate like Tim Couch did with the Browns. I really think that's what ultimately ruined Tim's career. Hopefully Andre can go somewhere where he can sit and learn for two or three years and get comfortable with a system and the speed of the game.
