Auburn's defensive coordinator, Musgrave, has accept the same position for the Texas Longhorns.

Not to be picky, but isn't it Will Muschamp? I think you are thinking of Billy Musgrave.

Heck, be picky, it is Muschamp. I'm on cold medication, that's my excuse. :icon_mrgreen:

Weird move IMO. Auburn is a pretty good job and Muschamp could have been fast tracking for a HC position.

I was thinking the same. All I can figure is that it makes recruiting less of a headache. Big state with a ton of talent that all wants to go to that school.

What´s your excuse the rest of the time? :icon_mrgreen:

This is a huge loss for Auburn. For the uninformed, Muschamp was a finalist this year for the Assistant Coach of the year in college football- and it wasn´t his first year to be in the running, either.

Senility. :shrug1:

Sometimes I forget what my excuse is.
