just thought people that didn't get to go would like to know that. I remember a few months ago in an interview he said that was a dream of his, and now it has been fulfilled.

Wes is the man! He, in my opinion, will be the hardest to replace next year. He's always been the heart and soul of this team.

very "Snedegar" like in terms of what he meant to the defense, good luck to him

Thanks for posting the picture! Did they do anything at the game to recognize the bowl win?

Yes, they had a video of Coach Brooks thinking the fans for their support during the season, and at the MCB. He said he didn't think we would have as many fans in Nashville as we did last year. He was wrong we had more.

Then he introduced highlights of the game.

I think Wesley has the same heart and desire as Snedegar but a lot more athleticism and talent.

DITTO to every word you say, bluescat. Wesley was indeed "the heart and soul of this team." Not only did he lead on the field, but also off the field. Wesley just might have been our best recruiter, too, even ahead of Joker. :icon_mrgreen: Wesley's leadership will be SO hard to replace.

At the last minute we had been able to purchase tickets from a friend. My happiest moment at the game was standing and screaming as Wesley was thus honored at the game. Too, KUDOS to the administration for granting Wesley his wish. :)

Some idiot UK fan stood up and said "hey Cardinal fans.they're about to show your bowl highlights now....oh no wait":icon_redface: I couldn't help myself.
