A huge appology. I still believe he needs to get stronger but I was extreamly proud of the way he played tonight. Mr. Patterson and Stevenson played extreamly well together and fed each other also. So my hat is off to him and just maybe he will be the answer to our other big man problem. I hope this is the start of good things for him and UK.

i'm with you countrycat....perry has let me down this season...i've expected more from him than he's given out....but he was "there" in so many ways tonight....i wanna see this kid succeed....he's got a good demeanor to him, but i just wish he'd get flat out meaner....promising night for perry....hope it's a sign of things to come too!

This guy made a great impression tonight on national TV. Not only was this his best all-around game, his play helped break the ESPN jinx this year. Yes he had a couple turnovers but he was aggressive and hustling all the way. Way to go Perry!

The kid endeared himself to me. Regardless of what happens the rest of the year Perry Stevenson has EARNED the right to wear the Big Blue. Gutty performance.

I agree. Without the play of Stevenson tonight I don't think we would have pulled it out. I sure hope this is a sign of things to come for him. He looked much more confident tonight.

Not sure of points total but Stevenson had 7 boards and 6 blocks and logged 37 minutes. This isn't a one time thing either...he has showed flashes of this over the past four or five games. Yeah, he needs to continue to get stronger, but steady progress is there for all to see.

Is it just me or is CBG building warriors one man at a time. First, Crawford then Bradley. Now Stevenson and even Ramon Harris is playing some nice D. PPat is a given...he goes to war every night. Meeks and Jasper look tough out there as well. Who's next...Stewart?

You know, even Perry's hands looked better tonight. And the toughness he showed. Way to go, Perry.

I think what may have impressed me the most tonigt was the way he didn't get rattled under the basket and walk. He seemed to be cool under pressure tonight. I am actually looking forward to Saturday now for the team to play again.
