Throwdown with Bobby Flay - Derby Style

I was channel surfing Tuesday night during commercial breaks of the UK/UT game and came across Throwdown with Bobby Flay. The competition was Kentucky Hot Brown and he was competing with John and Joe Castro. The competiton took place at the White Hall Mansion in Louisville during Derby 2007.

The Castro brothers are a bit of an anomaly - their mother is a Kentuckian, their father Philipino. You get two big Philipino looking guys with Kentucky accents.

I like Flay, he's had some excellent recipes and articles in Food & Wine.

I didn't see that one, but I saw the one held at Lynn's Paradise Cafe. Pretty awesome stuff.
