I had one when I first started and he took care of me very quickly. If you can't get that far, go back to LHL and email me. I'll see what I can do to help.
Welcome to you all. Not many seem to be posting yet, so maybe this would be a great thread to introduce yourselves and ask any questions you have about navigation or format. The folks here are very friendly and will be glad to help and make you feel welcome. It takes a little while to get used to the different navigation but in the end I like it much better.
