Orleans native Chris Bisson is set to step into a talented lineup in his first season of college baseball.
The left-hitting shortstop's Kentucky Wildcats are ranked 25th in the NCAA in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association's pre-season poll. Bisson, 18, an Ottawa-Nepean Canadians product who attended Beatrice-Desloges, had three RBI in a four-game intrasquad tournament last fall. Kentucky's season opener is Feb. 22.
