WOW.. I hope he gets out of the fog soon, we need him. But I think we will be ok against Auburn.
Looks like Krebs will get the start then... ;)

Difficult to say. Up to the medical team. My concern is this is what? Three concussions for Ramel? Not good at all.

Players' health comes first, last, and all points in between.
Get better, Ramel.

He was fouled in midair going after a long pass in the Regional Final game vs Michigan St (his Freshman year)... memory tells me it kind of looked like his legs were taken out from under him. His head took the full force of the fall. He wasn't able to shoot the free throws.

Medicine has been tightening up the definition of concussion and becoming more aware of their long term affects (effects?) and if Ramel's had more than one he needs to be very sure he's over any symptoms before taking the risk of another bump on the head. Concussions are bad news all the way around.

Yep. We were down 1, Sparks came in and missed the front-end, we fouled, then we came back down and Sparks hit the famous three. Goat to hero in about fifteen seconds flat.
I contend to this day if Ramel would've been able to shoot those free throws he would have hit them and we would've had one defensive stop to win. Remember, Rajon was in early foul trouble and Ramel came in and had a very fine game. In that same NCAA Tournament, Ramel told Andrew Bogut what was what.

I don't think you will see Stewart starting since he's not even been in a game in quite a while. But you never know.

Porter, jasper, crawford, coury, patterson.
That will be the five then with 19:00 left in the half, Stevenson will come in for Coury and Coury won't see the floor agian until the start of the second half.
Not saying that I agree with that lineup, but that is what will happen

I would guess Jasper, Crawford, Patterson, Coury, and Harris. Meeks and Stevenson come off the bench early. Porter will get some minutes also. If Crawford can't go, Meeks will start in his place.

FWIW, Will, I, too, contend to this day that we win that game (and advance to the Final Four) if Ramel had not gone down with the concussion. Ramel had been absolutely fearless in that game. He said the other day that he has "ice water in his veins," and he certainly had that day.
Too, I had forgotten about that concussion when Ramel had been a freshman. Now I remember that he had had that second one, too, for I had worried about its being his second, not first, concussion as a Cat.
I am now more even more concerned. The original poster is correct that many doctors suggest a player be held out at least a week as a precautionary measure.
Bless Ramel's heart. May he not be having any problems now, and may the best decision for his health be made. Too, again as a reminder, Ramel's birthday is tomorrow, folks. GO CATS! GO RAMEL!
