Lexington police observed Woodburn on Saturday driving erratically on Man o' War Boulevard just before midnight, according to a police report. Woodburn swerved in front of the marked police car, causing the police officer to brake sharply, the report said.

The officer backed off from Woodburn's car as he continued to drive on Man o' War toward Saron Drive. The car crossed the center line several more times before the officer activated his emergency lights, the report says.

But Woodburn refused to stop, turning onto Saron Drive and then Duval Street before stopping at a gate at 4390 Clearwater Way.

Woodburn got out of his vehicle and ran, even as the officer yelled for him to stop, the report said. Woodburn was arrested after he fell while trying to jump a fence, the report says.

What an idiot! And he supposedly has a "team of investors" ready to back his next venture ??? If so, they are more stupid than he is.

That's the best thing I've read all day. Mr. Snitch, who judges everyone, bailing out of a car and fleeing on foot from police, only to fall while climbing a fence. PERFECT!

I sure hope Chuck Hayes hears about this and gets a good chuckle.

Lexington cops rule! I have a sad fealing that Woodburn has done a better job of finding truth in this town than these clowns. Please keep the side streets safe guys! Invite Lex cops to be your friend on Myspace.... never mind, they got the boot!

That's kind of hard to do when you're drunk. You see, the "truth" is that these are merely the times he was caught. It is very reasonable to presume that he was consistently driving under the influence.

You'd do well to remember that Kentucky has the worst DUI accident in history thanks to Larry Mahoney - who is on the streets, BTW. So, just like Larry Mahoney, just likethe drunk that hit my daughter going 55 mph - burn in hell somedayTim with the rest of the drunk drivers

Invite Lex cops to be your friend on Myspace.... never mind, they got the boot!

Or, on the other hand, next time you need help, call Tim Woodburn instead of the cops. Just hide the liquor first!

Finding the truth about what? Hayes. Was he arrested? No The incident was closed and the majority of info he got that had relevance came from the investigation.

As for the the cops on myspace, they are idiots, but they don't reflect an entire police department.

I find it amazing that people will get so offended when a person of a certain race or sex are "lumped in together" but are so quick to lump police together.

Are you talking about the truth about Tim? Tim Woodbourn was/is a drunk. He admitted this himself and that it wasn't his first time to drive. I love how he isn't a moron but the police are. I bet you'd be the same guy who'd sue the police if Tim's "harmless" DUI hit a loved one of yours. I'm sure you wouldn't blame Tim.

You want the truth. YOU HATE POLICE~! The question I ask is why?

Couldn't have happened to a better scumbag. Oh sweet irony!
