I think that many of the Avatars that the WCN have are really interesting. Tell us a little bit about yours.
Most of you know that I am a deputy sheriff. Over the years I have been certified to instruct in several law enforcement subject areas. The most enjoyable is being an Emergency Vehicle Operations (EVO) instructor.
Officers that become advanced instructors have to complete a practicle course on the Brickyard. (Darn the luck.)
Knowing that I was going to be at one of "Indiana's" most hallowed grounds I could not resist bringing my cat with me and taking some pictures.
So in the pic you see two of my passions, being a deputy and being a cat fan. In the background you can see the position pole at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Mine is my Quarter Horse, Copper.
The critter in my signature is my Thoroughbred, Smokey (registered name is Elena's Fame).
And my moniker comes from Smokey's predecessor, the late, great Moody Man (1985-2007).

Our three Goldens, playing in the snow. That's Buddy (7) in the back, his half-brother Tucker in the middle, and Keira (now 4) up front.
Tucker and Buddy were born two days apart. Pops must have had a pretty good week....;)

Mine is HC Rich Brooks as a South Park cartoon character. Ironically I've never seen an episode of South Park. I just like the cartoon of Coach Brooks! :-)

Mine is the "I'm Rick James, b*tch" skit.
Prior included Punchy from the old Hawaiian Punch commercials and the Monkeemobile.
It's cool that multiple posters here have had Pontiac GTOs as their avatars.

That is great! I wish that Chappelle would come back and do one more season. I love 'Rick James' and 'Little John'.

Good thread idea.
<---- An M. Ward album cover. "Transfiguration of Vincent". Not as good of an album as "Post-War", but a better cover IMO.

Mine is a Chic putting on UK make-up.
I normally don't use the UK tat's on my face b/c they are so hard to come off but I will use the occasional blue hair spray to spice things up a bit. :icon_biggrin:
And yes, it is blue sparkle hair spray! I pay lots of money to cover up the real gray.

Nothing like wading a peaceful creek! I can fish a lake or pond and if I get skunked or catch some dinks I'm not very happy. Those same results at the creek has me in a much better mood. I like to take in all of the Good Lord's beauty.

Nothing in the world like "Tennis shoe canoeing" My main creek fishing is on tygart creek in Carter county. I always pull a few out of the creek.
It's kind of a tribute to my father - his nickname was "Grub". Most people who knew him, knew him by his nickname and didn't even know his birthname. I figured someone who knew Dad would also be able to identify me by the name.
