I've got a letter from UK asking for money on my desk right now, and I want to ask him how long it's going to take him to fire the kitten-drowning professor before I decide how much to send.

This is correct. I have already emailed 15 of the KY state legislators about Todd failing to get a fair tuition package here and they are supposedly forwarding my emails to him. I'm hoping he will help me get a program here similar to the earn and learn program that UL has with UPS where any student has a chance to get a degree if they are willing to work. I'm not to optimistic about it though.

Dear Dr. Todd,
Mister Fountain has publicly admitted that there is enough evidence to convict him for intentionally drowning his neighbor's kitten. And even if his story ended there, his actions would still be despicable - but to then concoct a story that he thought it was a raccoon is an insult to the intelligence of every member of the UK family. Does he truly expect the students, faculty, alumni, administrators and yourself to believe this incredible work of fiction ?
Apparently the insanity has spread to his attorney who seemed amazed to discover that "there's some people out there, by God, who wanted to put him in jail." That is a true statement, and please add my name to that list of "some people".
This is cruelty at its worst and has no place at UK. Please tell me that steps are being taken to remove this barbarian from any position that allows him to come into contact with the young people at our university. Stating that he is unable to differentiate between a small kitten and a raccoon makes him either an idiot or a liar. Neither of those choices seems to be a desirable trait in an supposed educator.
Thank you for your time and attention to my concerns,
James David Robertson

Thanks. My email is between me and Dr. Todd, but the sentiments therein are along the lines of what I expressed in the other thread.
