UK wins its 1st in a rox by beating South Carolina. Crawford with 35. Playing without Patterson and Meeks. UK has proven they can play with anyone and beat a good team on the road without 2 of their best players. We are picking it up at the right time.

Definitely a big win, keeps tournament chances alive....but saying SC is a "good team" is quite a stretch. Good luck versus Florida. Not sure who to root for in that one....

remember that lucky one you had over a horrible Pitt team not too long ago. Anyway, great heart and determination once again by the Cats and the SEC Coach of the Year Billy G!

You are comparing a road win vs the #25 Pitt Panthers to a road win against the #148 USC Gamecocks? Nice try.

I'll take this win.
USC senior night. Dave Odom's last game. Without Patterson and Meeks.

Uk deserves a pat on the back for winning, but there is simply no way Uk deserves a NCAA invite.
NO SEC team has been denied with 10 wins or more in conference play. Plus the NCAA knows that Kentucky Fans travel better than anyone.
Sad that it has an influence, but th money is key here.

No 10 win SEC team has ever lost to teams like San Diego and Garner-Webb. I cant imagine them picking a team that is 4-9 vs the top 100, AND two 100+ losses AND a 4-7 road record. A florida loss should end all discussion. A florida win and an SEC final appearance would put you all in decent position, but thats the only way you should feel comfortable for an at-large.

Your wrong about teams never lost to teams like SD and GW. All teams have those loses.
If you look at the record, this is like a Ten Loss Tubby season.

I know this will make some of you UK fans mad, but the SEC is just horrible. USC, Auburn, Alabama, Miss St. Arkansas... etc. all look horrible. They look like high school teams when ever I've seen them play.
I think UK will make the tournament. Thanks to the very weak SEC.

How much would you like to bet an SEC team doesn't win it this year?
Keep riding Florida's coat tail, they are nowhere near the team they were the past two years.

I'd bet a Big East team makes it to the Final Four and not an SEC team.

How many championships have the SEC won? The Big East?
Does it really matter who has the best conference is. It's whose the best team and wins on April 7th.
