That was GREAT. You could hear him getting a little choked up talking about this team and the seniors. "THIS TEAM WILL NEVER EVER QUIT!". I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COACH. HE IS AWESOME. The conspiracy theorist in me wonders why he introduced Patterson along with the seniors though? I belive Patrick will be back, but that was a little strange.

Why would he introduce Mr. Patterson with the seniors?

I think he was rubbing it in against Florida that he choose us over them or P-Squared, a nice guy like himself is honoring the seniors.

I remember back to BBM and he said he wanted to beat Flo more than anyone, that may be some of it also now that I think about it.

Interesting, I didnt realize they did that. Im sure that they wanted Patrick to be recognized for the awesome season he had since it was the last home game and there was no chance for an "in-game" acknowledgment.

You're right. He called him a substitute that rarely leaves the bench. :icon_lol:

Exactly. Too, Coach G is emotional, and his appreciating Patrick's contributions in helping to get us to this point likely caused him to include Patrick in his words. In fact, Coach COULD have seen Patrick at that particular moment and spontaneouly mentioned him. That would not surprise me at all. GO CATS!!!
