I listened to the first game against MSU. Unfortunately, after having a 4-0 lead, the Bulldogs tied the game with four runs in the sixth and took a two-run lead in the eighth. The Cats' Cowgill hit an opening home run in the bottom of the eighth, but we then left the bases loaded and also failed to score in the ninth, losing 6-5.
I then went downstairs and watched the Final Four. I read later that there was supposed to have been a doubleheader. Does anyone know about that second game? Thanks.
Checked the UKAA site earlier and nothing about the games. I too listened to the latter part of the 1st game and then wached the Basketball games and forgot to go back for the 2nd game. When I remembered, it was over. Could not find any scores.
EDIT: just checked again and the BatCats won 13-4 with Colin getting another homer--2nd of the nite.

Thanks, Chaz. That is at least GOOD to hear. :)
Too, I had listened to all of the first game, which had lasted until after the Memphis/UCLA game had begun, and had been very discouraged with the outcome, especially since we had lost the lead and had had a chance to take it again with the based loaded in the eighth. I had originally forgotten there was a second game scheduled, but stayed with the Final Four when I had remembered it. I do wish they had won both, but at least the night ended with a positive note and a potentially valuable SEC win.
The BatCats just took the 3rd game 9-8 and the series. WTG BatCats!:thumbup:
