Actually, they just sort it by position rank, then by position on that. So it goes #1 PG, #1 SG, #1 SF, #1 PF, #1 C, then #2 PG, #2 SG, etc.
The actual rankings can be found using the "top" button there.
Still a huge target though!

But doesnt that mean hes number 1 at his position? And I saw GJ was at I think 17 at PG so does that mean hes the 17th best PG?

I agree, the timing looks all wrong for this kid to be a cat. We should be loaded at the pg position in 09/10' season.
