Keenan just went to the Rams in the very next pick after the Colts selected Jacob Tamme, if I'm not mistaken. Ironically, I had been crossing my fingers on Jacob or Tamme as the Colts' pick, and Jacob was taken, and Keenan next with the Rams. I am SO HAPPY for Keenan, too. Yes, though, I would have loved for the Colts to get both of those guys. I'm still holding out hopes on another Cat for the Colts, FWIW. :icon_biggrin:
Now, someoene take Andre SOON.

This draft is amazing. Nobody wants any QB's.
Funny note Poodoo. My "little bird" is well acquainted with 2nd highest drafted KY college player. The EKU CB who went in the third round to Houston. Unfortunately inside news from Houston is probably not really interesting to the WCN.

They just discussed Keenan. They spoke of his fine character, work ethic, and impressive vertical, in particular. I liked that they talked about his 2006 production and how he had fought through injuries this past season, injuries that may have cost him a round or so. GO KEENAN!

My oldest son and Keenan played Pee Wee Football for the Lyndon Packers. Hard to believe that this many years later Keenan would be going into the NFL. At 10 he was one of the best youth league football players I ever saw. At the time we all thought he could be special if he grew. Now we know the answer. Above all he's a fine young man. He never got the big head at UK and remembered my son when they both were students there.

Truth be told, I thought Keenan made UK's QB look better than he was. He is a special talent and will do well in the NFL.
Congrats to KB!
