I'm just curious about youralls opinions. I personally would rather be out in the round of 32 than go to the N.I.T any year. That's something even slick rick in louisville cant say this year. Maybe we haven't been to the final for in 8 years, but id take that over being N.I.T bound one year.

The post season NIT should be done away with. It means nothing. The girls NCAA is far and away a better tournament than the NIT.

I say make it pre-season and do away with post-season.

To answer the question I would rather go to the NCAA and get bounced the first game than win the whole shooting match called the NIT.

All I can say is that a bad day in the NCAA's is better than the best day in the NIT.

The only reason I asked is because everyone who talks of how great Pitino is compared to Tubby... I was just wondering if they'd be happy with the N.I.T...b/c Tubby has never taken us there, and I doubt he ever will

Pitino was a better fitfor UK than Louisville. They both are bigger than life and need a grand stage. Pitino and the Wildcats put on a show and could have been great. It would have been a final four most years. He won't ever be back. We have to look forward. And not keep looking backward.
