Who is Winston Guy?

Winston Guy is now eligable per KSR (thanks guys). I dont know much about him, 3 star safety from Lex Cath. Are we deep or not at safety? Someone to keep an eye on? I feel like ive heard his name thrown around alot...seems important. Any insiders know more?
