Being reported on front page of TCP (yep...the free part) that Jarvis and
Myron Walker have announced they are committing to the University of
Kentucky.

Sounds really good for the Cats as of now in the early recruiting times.

Yea, A QB named Brian Adams & a 6-7 OT named Alexander(correction: Mitchell), both from joorja I believe. There may be more. What a deluge!

Stating the obvious, I don't know a thing about any of these guys, but for us to be getting a large number (for us) of early recruits, I have to think they're a step up in potential from previous Brooks' classes. I think you start your offers with your preferences & work your way down your list.

Just from what I read on TCP, the brothers are both 3 star recruits (so far). Hype is on the brother that is projected as LB or safety. Current stats have him as a bit larger than Wes. Woodyard (around 6 ft) and a bit
FASTER, if that's believable. Current word is if he can gain about 15 lbs or so he could be nasty. ( or nastier)
The brother that plays DE is projected to be a bit more of a future player as of today. But then again, who knows?

This is certainly turning into an entertaining time. These kids actually wanting to go to UK and committing early are something I could get used to in a very short time.

I watched their videos over on Rivals today. Myron is a 6' 270 lb Defensive Tackle and is a stopper in the middle. He just rolls through his HS competition. Very good run stopper, quick off the ball, laterally.

His brother Jarvis, 6-2 205lb. When I saw his play I just smiled. Hits like a truck and seems very good in pass defense. And yes, Fast.

Great to get these two brothers from the state of Louisiana.
