The staff is taking the day off to give thanks they don't coach UL. Here is a list posted on Scout's free board of the players who have left UL's team since the current coach arrived:

That's a total of 25 and includes some of the highest ranked recruits they signed.

That is crazy. It's like some sort of self imposed probation.

The Aundre Henderson news today was unbelievable. Although he had not lived up to his hype (with only three tackles all of last year) it seemed he was really being counted on to help anchor the defensive line.

The culture with that program must stink with so many players bailing, only one committed recruit so far this year, the coach getting zero love, the AD warning the fans to be ready for a couple lean years and the stadium expansion being scaled down.

If nothing else they will be the team with their backs to the wall the first game this season. That could be good for them but it also could be very, very bad.

Read a report somewhere that Coach Brooks was taking a break until after the 4th. Could be we've heard all we're gonna hear for a bit.

That's ok though...IF all these kids that have committed early sign up, then we're only gonna have about 8 slots left.:big_grin:
