The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Heritage’s Justin Jones will commit to Kentucky tonight, one day following a disappointing recruiting visit to South Carolina.

“Justin went to South Carolina on Wednesday and everybody was gone,” Heritage coach Chad Frazier said this evening. “They had a [graduate assistant] showing him around campus.

“That’s what sealed it for him.”

But Jones, who left a voice mail message with Kentucky assistant coach Joker Phillips today at 7 p.m. requesting a return call so he can deliver his commitment to the Wildcats, downplayed his experience in Columbia on Wednesday.

I checked out the Altlanta Urinal and Constipation article and there were approximately 100 posts on the comments section. We got Mr. Jones and the Georgia fans are bashing Spurrier, Justin and UK (not all of the fans, as some wish him well). It is no wonder Justin wants to come to UK. However, it is confusing that he said he will go visit Coach Spurrier when he returns in July. Is this a committment or rebound?

Welcome to Kentucky Mr. Jones. We won't change our loyalty to the recruits who decide to be loyal.

Those Georgia fans really have no other life.:widcat:

^ It shows me what happens when CFB is the priority sport in folks' minds.

I noticed that myself. He must not be totally committed, unless he just wants to visit So. Car.

Matt, you hit it on the head....I know we're excited about these kids giving a verbal, but we learned over the past several years that it don't count until they sign. After thinking about this one, I'm wondering if this
isn't kinda jumping the gun. After everyone comes back from vacation/ break/ time out and when SSpurrier gets a chance to face to face with this young man (and his family) things just might go a bit different.

We'll see on signing day.
