I have literally seen everything from this is being treated now as a misdemeanor to the University of Kentucky has pulled his scholarship and
his grades / ACT are not good.

Does anyone have any info that's up to date?

It was changed to a misdemeanor. Went to court a few weeks back.

There has been nothing official yet as to his scholarship status.

I am willing to bet his record gets exponged, after enough time of good behavior and or public service. I wish the young man the best of luck.
