I've got one as well, but it is still being built. I'm a bit behind this year, but I hope to have everything up soon. I've done one the last 5 years. If you're in to some online play, we're forming up a 360 dynasty. This is the dynasty I will chronicle. Check out this thread for info. http://www.wildcatnation.net/forum/showthread.php?t=43619

Cardinals win back Governors Cup
-Louisville, Kentucky · Week 4 2008
It was a game of missed opportunities and blown plays. It was perhaps the toughest Kentucky game to watch in years, and perhaps most frustrating was that Kentucky was in it right until the disastrous completion of the 3rd quarter.

It's 2am and my spell check is going crazy
-Starkville, Mississippi · Week 10 2008
It's 2 in the morning and were stuck in Starkville. The team bus has some sort of engine troubles, who knows what exactly. I'm a football man, not a mechanic. The teams spirits are high after winning a tight one in Mississippi, and it's well earned. It was a real character win here in Starkville, and I give full credit and big points to the boys today. We went down early in the 1st half and again ran into some problems in the 3rd with a bad interception, but just as he has all season, Hartline stuck it out and played like a men amongst boys when the chips were down. I'm real proud of the kid.
I received a lot of emails about Burks, and how thrilled Kentucky fans were that we can go after a 4 star prospect and get him to commit during the season. I've been getting a lot of questions about other recruits... notable in state stand out Brandon Hart. He's a pretty tall kid, a great athlete, and since he's from Kentucky his blue chip 5 star status doesn't seem to daunt anyone in our organization. Much like Louisville, we're recruiting him hard, talking to him, trying our best to keep him in blue. Truth be told I want our whole program to think differently. I want Brandon, but not just because he's from Kentucky and we should have an edge. I want Brandon and others like this kid because they're amazing athletes, and the top prospects in the country. If were going to get the kids to buy into our program, I 1st have to get the people in my program to buy into my vision, and the future of Kentucky football.

Music City Bowl bound
-Lexington, Kentucky · Week 15 2008
6-6 finally, and were back to Tennessee for the Music City Bowl. The disappointment of the Tennessee game is still palpable, and I can see it Dicky the most. He's been here for 5 years now, and not once in that time, even on the bench redshirted, has he seen us beat the Vols. I wanted to win that game so bad for him, we all did, and well all feel like we let him down.
In more pleasant news, the Music City Bowl people sent us an invite only a few days after the loss. There is, of course, quite a lay off in between the games.. but such is the nature of college ball. The focus for now shifts to recruiting, and I'm knee deep in it. I hear that NFL coaches never sleep.. I can't imagine how the workload there is bigger. I find myself dealing with the players we have now, their problems, their growth as men and football players. I have people helping me with recruiting but I want to keep my hands on it, be in touch with every possible recruit we're going after. Maybe one day when UK is a school people mention in the same sentence as Tennessee and Florida I can take a break.. but not until then.

ESPN ranks UK class of 2008/2009 16th in the nation -Lexington, Kentucky · 2009 3-0, and things are good here in Kentucky. Hartline looks strong, our defense is playing great, and our prestige in the country, as a program, is rising. ESPN just released the rankings of the 08/09 recruiting classes, and for the 1st time in a long time, we here in Kentucky finished in the top 25. It was a great day on campus, and the buzz was something else. Combined with the win over Louisville and Vanderbilt, being undefeated, things seem to be looking up right now.
I'm trying to keep the guys focused, and keep their heads from getting up in the clouds. We're about to face off with Florida and Georgia, the 2 best teams in the nation. This is going to be a great test, and show us where we are, who our leaders are. I'm going to have to cut todays entry short, but I'll be posting soon with exciting news on the recruiting front.

So close, yet so far
-Lexington, Kentucky · Week 8 2009
Hello again to all the followers of Kentucky football. It's been far too long since I've made an entry, and for that I apologize. From 3-0, to 4-3, it would seem that were in a bit of a slump. But such is life in College ball, you start off with some weaker competition, then move into the thick of the SEC. I know a lot of you out there in Lexington and are still holding your breath after our loss to LSU. I can't tell you how many emails, letters, and random people on the street who gave us a kind word and kudos after the game. Losing by 1 point to a powerhouse like LSU, in the last minutes of a thrilling football game just does that do the folks around here I guess. We appreciate the support, I can assure you.
Next comes the tricky part of our schedule. We have 4 wins, and our goal for this year was 7 and a bowl win. That means we simply have to beat Troy in week 9, and that gives us 2 cracks at Mississippi State, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Arkansas. I think Arkansas, Mississippi and Carolina are all very winnable games. And after our last game against LSU (and our performance in Florida), confidence is growing in the locker room. If we run the table and win the last 5, it would be quite an accomplishment. Realistically speaking, though, if we can get the 7 wins and win in a bowl game, I think we've made the kind of progress we were hoping to make from last season.
I've received a few emails asking about Alfonso, and when we can expect him to be taking the bulk of carries again. The doctors tell me to expect him back for our game in Arkansas, and at the very least against Tennessee. David Jones and DJ Stafford, on the other hand, are almost certainly going to be back for Troy, and may have limited action against the Bulldogs this week.

I've decided to retire the site after year 2 into the dynasty.Several reasons:
I coulnd't get a decent set of sliders well into year 2
I had glitched out rosters that wound up causing me problems (patch fixed this)
Louisville becomes a joke
Now, it may sound strange but the Louisville thing is as important as anything else. I don't want a rival becoming a whipping post. The only way to fix this is make some of their freshman better, so as the years go their defense doesn't become 69 in year 3.
Now that I have great sliders that give me realistic football, and more importantly can challenge me without being retarded, I want to start fresh. I'll be incorporating a few things into the new site as well, such as much more stats, and more of a commentary on what's going on in the NCAA so that it's not just a shallow view from Kentucky... Or whoever I choose to run with as a school next time around. Odds are it will be UK tho. Odds are I'll be done a lot faster than I think too

Well established into the year now, and 3-0. I've also figured out finally how to embed video into the site, and it's included in the 2008 stats page. Got a great video of a achilles tear, injuring my starting HB for a month or so.
Hope everyones enjoying the new additions!

Just finished up my UK/UL game last night, and it was by far one of the greatest football gaming experiences I've had in many years. I'll let you guys check out the game story and the video from the game, but it would suffice to say it was the best game I've had in 09 and maybe since NFL Gameday back on the PSX. Unreal game, it scored a 1617 and became #1 on my instant classics.

1 game to go in 2008, and the recruiting in the last 4 in game weeks has been insane. I signed a 4 star QB the same night that I heard Ryan Mossakowski made a verbal commit to the Wildcats, and so I decided to run with it. I've done many years in this game, 08 and 07 combined, and it seems that everything that could go right with this draft class, has. I've signed two 5 stars, and four 4 stars. Not to mention I signed a MLB and DT, 2 of my highest priorities. The 5 star kicker and guard were just amazing bonuses.
At 7-4 it's looking good to be in a fairly decent bowl game, hopefully the cotton or chick fill a. If I can beat Tennessee I'd do way better than anticipated, the wins over Arkansas and Alabama would be the main reasons for that.

Just added the 2nd edition of the blue roar, a mini online mag that just covers goings on with the current season both on and off the field. At 6-3 I'm in for a tough end of season schedule.. LSU Arkansas and Tenneessee are all lined up.. and I'm down to my 3rd string halfback, with both Alfonso Smith and Derrick Locke out for the year with major injuries.
Any comments and suggestions are welcome :)
