Some coaches are whinning but most seem to take the same take I have. They are living a dream watching basketball and getting paid to do it.

RP,
I love that quote at the bottom of your post. To whom should it attributed? You?
Thanks!

Lt. Col. Higgins desk.........read here it describes it better. He was a Kentucky native. Further CDR Gilday in one of the pictures was my XO on the USS Gettysburg (CG-64).

Totally off topic - but, saw CG-64 (USS Gettysburg) in Portland, OR when on biz trip there 9-12 June...during their annual Rose Festival, and "the fleet was in" as every year (always interesting, as Portland 90+ miles inland up the Columbia River, but never-the-less a "sea port"). Interesting chatting with some of the young sailors (yes, with Shore Patrol present) at an Irish pub
As retired Air Force officer (who BTW floated with the Navy in the Persian Gulf - COMIDEASTFOR - for 4 months in summer of 1981) couldn't resist passing on for you...she's still a proud site...
OK...back to BB...Go Cats...
