Honestly, the big east as a football conference is a joke. There is not one team that deserves a bid to a BCS bowl in the conference and the fact that a big east team will be in a BCS bowl is what is wrong with the system.

South Florida looks tough, but then again, they play tough at home. Whupped UofL purtee good a few years ago at home.

And USF wins. I'm not going to sit here and tell you the Big East is a great football conference this year, but it's still early and as long as the ACC is getting a BCS bowl, then the BE is just as deserving. At least we've won our last three bcs games.

I watched that game until the third quarter. It was one of the more enjoyable games I've seen so far this season.. I think this is one of those seasons when a lot of schools we don't normally hear about will make some noise, regardless of what conference they're in.
