Capitalization fixing

The board software does a lot of it, when I don't want it too.

For instance, on the WKU / UK prediction thread, it lower cased all but the W?

Sometimes I don't capitalize right, but more often I am using a capitalized acronym. Comments?

One thing I have noticed is when I wish someone a Happy Birthday that when I post it the letters go to all lowercase. They should have all been upper case. I never figured that one out but didn't consider it that big a deal.:shrug1:

Shout filter. Unfortunately the board cannot tell the difference between what is supposed to be all caps and what is not.
