I thought for sure he would've been on here already since his route didnt start until 6:30 this morning. Like always, none of the Card fans are too be found. Freaking losers!

I hear he's at the airport awaiting the arrival of his beloved Cards. Two consecutive final four appearances!
Half the county will be there to welcome home their conquering heros! Hail to the Cards!

He's been running his juvenile mouth about how the SEC "sucks ***", is a "joke", and so on all year. Serves him right that an SEC team ends UL's season. No(fill in the blank here with what you want to call him)will somehow tie UL's basketball loss to how their football team will "shock college football".
At least he has not polluted the other forums of WCN with his crap.

Your softball team is pretty good. There is a positive to build on.

Kudos to you... I don't like it when people can dish it, but can't take it... In all seriousness, I put a post last night... I hated seeing Dean's career end that way... One of the few UL players I actually liked

As ukgrad posted above, Same from me, . I'm not going the kick while they are down route.
(Of course if one certain individual shows up a couple of well placed kicks may be hard to restrain)

I don't think anyone is missing around here. What can you nsay when your team played as badly as ours did? We really aren't that bad, it just looked that way? If we only played games at Freedom hall we would have been in the final four of the NCAA? If only the game had lasted another 2 hours we could have gotten some SC players fouled out and caught up?
Just not much material to work with. :(

That's all we're saying... that you and other fans can own up to it... NitKnee... not so much

I heard on the radio this am that you guys played like 22 home games, that has got to be some sort of a record.

What do you expect out of NoKnee you think he is going to come on here and eat crow as some of the other UL fans have done. Of course not but when he comes back you better believe it won't be until UL has something to brag about and his excuse will be one of the following:
1. I was out of town on business
2. This is not the only thing I have going on in my life.
3. Or, the ever popular I a family problem that just happened to coincide with UL losing to SC.

UedK, is it true the Cards didn't have enough money left in their budget to pay expenses on the road? Hotel rooms, meal money, gas for the bus. Hey that adds up in a hurry.

Kudos to all UL fans taking it on the chin like your supposed to. now, all we need is one of you guys to admit that the SEC wasn't nearly as bad as you all thought. but, that would be too much to ask right????

Matt,
i belive that very subject has been addressed in previous threads. How many of YOU have a SEC team winning your tourney bracket? I am #8 out of 95 on my foxsports baracket and somewhere around #21,000 nationally. If Florida wins out ( and UCLA might give them a heck of a game) I will win my individual pool and be in the top 5,000 nationally I think.
I am 10-4 on my SEC picks. Can anyone here honestly say they are better than that?

Onyourknees is around lurking in the darkness he just doesn't want to say anything on a thread that has anything to do with UL basketball right now.

OHOHHHHH,
Go check out catspaws.com. I have a final four of LSU/UCLA and UK/FL and then LSU/FL with the gators winning it all. If this happens I'll win the catspaws division of rivals.com and come in seventh nationally. If the cats could have gotten three defensive freethrow rebounds against UCONN I'd probably already be the winner. So much for little faith in the SEC. (Go over there and check it out, Bracket Battles, user name UedK)
BTW: I played the same picks in a buddies pool and if Florida takes it all I win 65% of 264 entries at $25 per. I haven't added up my SEC pick wins but I bet I take home more loot than you. :ggrin::ggrin::ggrin:
Another BTW: I think you and I have already talked about this once, but congrats on your picks!

In my office pool, I had UF, LSU, UCLA and UCONN all making it to the FF. No one could believe I picked the 3 out of 4. Here's the kicker....I have UF beating LSU.
So yes, I can I did better than that.

I will honestly admit that all of my final four teams are shot. I had LSU beating Duke. I thought Texas was coming out of that bracket. I also had Florida going down to Nova. I took a shot on Kansas , to quote Napolean Dynomite. "Friggin Idiot"....and lastly I had Ucon.

In different brackets I had both Florida and LSU in the Final Four. I thought that both were capable of beating UConn and had an excellent chance at a championship.
UCLA and George Mason are the two that screwed me.
