Just wondering, oruacat2...do you know of programs that offer low cost, temporary care for pets of service members who are deployed? I know you've talked with animal rescue groups, and maybe the topic's come up.

I've never heard of such an organization, but I'm guessing the logistics of something like that would be daunting.
