Looks like Palmeiro is going to try and bring down everyone with him. Wouldn't be surprised to him someday write a book like Canseco did naming every name he can name that took steriods.

As an O's fan, I was willing to give Palmeiro the benefit of the doubt until he had a chance to tell his side of the story, which the arbitrator said was "very compelling."But if his story was that the B12 he tooks was really stanazolol, then I've lost any respect I had for him and never want to see him play again.

But to be fair, I don't think it's fair to label him a rat. We're 99% sure he was a liar and a cheater, but he didn't "rat out" Tejada. He wasn't accusing Tejada of using steroids or knowingly giving him steroids. We won't know for sure until Congress releases all of the information in the case, but it was probably something like, "Mr. Palmeiro, if you didn't knowingly take steroids, how did you fail the drug test?" "I don't know. I can't explain it. I took some B12 that Tejada gave me, but that's all I can think of."

I recently heard an interview with Will Clark who said Palmeiro is and has always been a liar and a cheater. A very good interview.
