"Coach Tubby Smith is a legend, and I really like the idea of playing for a strong, black leader. He's just a great man. I really admire him.
Says that him and Willie Kemp are really good friends and they have talked about playing college ball together.
He also noted that he wanted to see how the fans respond to the UK players at the football game. He wants to see player support.

If recent history is any indication, I'm afraid he won't like what he hears at the game tomorrow.

Luckily the fans managed to handle themselves fairly well today. while the vast majority left by halftime, the booing was very minimal during the first have thrashing. and what fans were left at the end actually stood up and cheered the Cats as they walked off the field after their final drive of the second half where they fought hard to make the game more respectable. So if Young wanted to gauge fan reaction, he can see that the fans didn't turn on the players. We may have turned on the coaches, but they respected the effort the players gave in the second half and applauded it.

yeah, but it was still look bad when a lot of the fans left before halftime though. There was one whole section behind where the recruits sits that were totally empty! The fans there were left are majority of their die hard fans.

And those kids played their hearts out in the second half!! I also have ot agree that the entire game I didn't hear many boos I really think it was because they were in too much shock to booo.
